Course Description

With the current restrictions many such meetings have been shifted online using many different video conferencing platforms.
Quickly developing rapport and putting people at ease is a skill. It’s one that has had to be significantly modified to enable us to present an authentic version of ourselves whilst being locked into a small screen.
Taking things back to basics whilst being aware of what behaviours need to be heightened during these types of meetings is key to their success.
We’ve been listening to feedback from all industries that their teams are finding it challenging using the video meeting format.
With this in mind we’ve worked with industry professionals who have over 30 years experience, to help us develop a masterclass in Perfecting Video Meetings – Engaging with customers in a virtual world.
The two hour masterclass will give you an emotionally-intelligent set of tools to use to help you prepare for meeting your customers and colleagues online and to adapt your approach and techniques to get the best result you can out of your video meeting.
The 2 hour masterclass, will take place via video conference.
- STEP 1: We’ll send out a pre session questionnaire at least a week before the masterclass.
- STEP 2: You to return the completed questionnaire at least 3 days before the mastercalss – this will help us prepare and add any additional content.
- STEP 3: We’ll send you a ‘top tips’ masterclass document to help improve your technical ability with video calling. Read and watch the video links provided before attending the mastercalss.
- STEP 4: We’ll send you a link to join a video meeting for your chosen date and time..
- STEP 5: Join the masterclass on your chosen date/time and afterwards you’ll be Perfecting Video Meetings for Sales in no time.
George Mclean – (Lead Coach)
George comes from a 35 year professional background in retail sales, learning and development, and HR management roles with large blue chip global organisations. He has delivered hundreds of training workshops and numerous one to one coaching sessions and works equally effectively with small or large groups.
George’s skills also extend to having extensive experience of public speaking and being a fully trained and experienced humanist celebrant where he puts his excellent communication and listening skills into practice.
